Refund Policy

At SW Pharma, patient satisfaction and safety are our top priorities. If a patient is deemed ineligible for treatment after clinical review (for example, based on BMI or medical history), a full refund will be issued immediately.

If you wish to request a refund for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds may be granted in accordance with our clinical guidelines and pharmacy obligations. Please note that once a prescription has been issued and dispensed, we may not be able to process a refund unless required by law or clinical appropriateness.

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after approval.
