• To help our clinical team assess your order quickly and accurately, you will need to take real-time photos of yourself. These photos will allow us to visually assess your weight in relation to your BMI and medical history.
• Only our clinical team will see your photos, and they will be used solely for this purpose.
• Please review our photo guide for tips on what to wear and how to stand.
• Choose your photos, click ‘Upload Button’, then press ‘Next’ to continue.
• Make sure you're standing in front of a plain background, with good lighting, and that the image is clear—no glare or obstructions.
• If you have any difficulty while uploading your BMI or ID photos, you can email them to info@sw-pharma.com, contact us via the contact page, or upload them later from your account.
